CHEX MIX

Kimberly,
I think this is the recipe you are looking for:

2 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1/4 cup margarine or butter*
1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 cup natural-flavor malted milk powder
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped malted milk balls
1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
2 cups Corn Chex® cereal
2 cups Rice Chex® cereal

2 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1/4 cup margarine or butter*
1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 cup natural-flavor malted milk powder
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped malted milk balls
1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
2 cups Corn Chex® cereal
2 cups Rice Chex® cereal

Measure cereals and peanuts into large bowl; set aside. Melt margarine and chocolate chips in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Gradually stir in malted milk powder until evenly coated. Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in airtight container. 12 1/2 cups snack. *If using margarine, use only stick that has more than 65% vegetable oil. Tip: Coarsely chop malted milk balls in a food processor.

Hugs,
Lori Jean :^)
