Subject: corn fritters
I live in Oklahoma and this morning I was watching PBS and Chris Fennimore was on making Corn and Red Pepper fritters and I didn't get in on the begging of the recipe. My question, did anyone else see it and happen to copy it down? I have been all over Google and can't find it.

Could be the same since I didn't get to see all of it. When I tuned in he was just puting some red pepers in it. Maybe he just added them to the recipe. Going to try that an see what happens. Sure looked good. The last time I tried to make corn fritters it poped hot grease all over me. I think it was the corn that did that but his were not poping this morning. Thank you so much for the recipe.

They are very good. When I was small my mother use to make them all the time. Sometimes she had them to go with meat or sometimes she just poured honey over them for dessert. They just take a few minues to make. I have not had them since I was a little girl.
