POEM: BABIES

Date Posted: 07:48:12 12/16/03 Tue
Author: Penny
Subject: Newbie...needs help...please

I recently found this site and have spent hours reading the threads and archives. You all are very talented and I love this site. I am trying to find a poem for my sister and her husband (married just under a year). They have a new baby (3months today). They are a very good parents to a very colicy (sp?) daughter. I am making them the movie basket for Christmas with movie rental certificates, candy, drinks, popcorn and off course a Night off baby sitting certificate. I would love to have a cute little poem to attach for very tired parents. Are there any poets out there that could help me?

Babies are a blessing
And babies are a chore
Especially when a colicky one
Has you pacing across the floor
Days and nights seem melted
Into one endless stretch of time
You pour formula into your coffee
And feel like you’re losing your mind
So here’s a night of movies
Remember… your both still Newly Wed
And I’ll take care of your little angel
So you can concentrate on each other instead
So enjoy yourselves while it lasts
Time goes by so fast you’ll see
It’ll be no more honeymoon lovers
Just plain old mom and daddy

Congratulations to the new mother!!!!!!!!!

New babies are a wonder
That bring us such delight
Even though they wake us
In the middle of the night
And now you have a healthy
Bouncing little boy
Your heart will soon be filling
With an immeasurable joy!
Jennifer Byerly

I have two daughters and had two sisters so I did not get to experience the joy of raising a son or having a brother...however, I will NEVER forget the first time I saw my sister change my nephew's diaper and the way he squirted a fountain of potty into the air!!! We laughed so hard - I just had to write the next poem in honor of that happy memory:

Babies are a joy
And fountain of delight
Especially a boy
And soon you'll know I'm right
The first time you remove
His diaper on the day
You forget to duck
And get out of the way!

POEM: BABY BOTTLE FAIRY

Date Posted: 09:23:20 07/01/03 Tue
Author: Diane
Subject: Bottle fairy

When I had to take the bottle from my little one.(Which I think was harder on me (cause I am in no hurry to see him grow up)I no shame on me!Anyway I told him a bottle fairy took it.Yesterday while packing somethings he saw it.I told him the fairy brought it back so mommy could keep it with all his things we are saving.
Was just wondering if anyone had a little poem to put with it for him to read when he was older? Thanks so much for any help with this Diane
In case you could use his name it is Jordan Thanks again Diane

[> Re: Bottle fairy -- Cami, 10:37:21 07/01/03 Tue [1]

This bottle is a memory,
Of days gone by.
It gave you lots of comfort,
It helped you go night night.
I had to take it from you,
Twas time for you to grow,
But I gave it to your mommy,
Just so she could later show,
That you were once a little tyke,
That really liked your bottle.

Hope this helps, It needs something........
Cami

[> Re: Bottle fairy -- Gayle, 11:01:44 07/01/03 Tue [1]

Here is my first-ever attempt. Feel free to reject it, but please be kind. My feelers get hurt easily.

The Bottle Fairy came today
And took Jordan's bottle away.
She thinks it's time for him to grow up
And only use a big boy cup.
Then later when Jordan was fast asleep
She brought it back for Mom to keep
With Jordan's outgrown clothes and toys
Reminders of all the joys
Baby Jordan gave to Mom and Dad
So his growing up won't make them sad.

I am once again asking you talented folks to help me with this baby shower. BTW, my daughter has LOVED the things you have come up with so far, I told her that's how you all are, always just the right thing!
Anyway, now I want a thank you poem from the baby girl to be to put on a favor, or something like that. Daughter says she saw something like this somewhere, but doesn't remember anything but it ended with "see ya soon, baby."
Any ideas?
Thanks again,
You are the best!

OK, I had another idea ( I know you all will be glad when I get this shower over, LOL)
What about a poem with a nursery rhyme theme for a sucker wrapper favor or thank you thing?
Any more ideas?
I don't know what I would do with out you!

[> Re: thank you poem from baby -- jenjoy, 02:26:12 03/27/04 Sat [1]

Just a small gift
I've asked mom to give
To thank you for coming
I hope you'll forgive
I couldn't be present
But I hope we soon meet
(I'll be the one with
The wrinkly feet!)
hahahaha...o.k. that was lame but it's what came to my head...here goes another attempt:
Baby wants to thank you
For all the gifts and lovin'
She's sorry she couldn't make it
She's still bakin' in the oven!
hahahaha...oh schucks...I'm sorry.....oh dear...

LOL nice try Jennifer.
Here's one I had in my files:
I'm really glad that you could come
to help suprise my mother.
Sit down, relax, enjoy yourselves
and chat with one another.
Sorry that I can't be with you
to share in mommy's shower.
But you see I'm very busy
'cause I'm growing more each hour.
Though I'm not here to thank you
for the special gift you brought.
My family and I are grateful
we appreciate the thought.
I'll be arriving shortly
I'm as happy as can be.
So after I've been home a while
please come and visit me

Love these poems. Here's my attempt

You might not realize it
But I can hear things everyday
So when you sit beside my mum
Be careful what you say
For though you cannot see me
I'm sitting next to you
Trying to behave myself
Until my big debut
So here's a little present
A thank you for you see
One day soon I hope you'll call
And come to visit me

Subject: Thank-you from unborn baby--great for showers

Hi gals, Even though I am still not strong enough to do any crafting, I wanted to share this with you all. I do not know who the author is--I got it at a baby shower about 12 years ago and kept it and used it at my daughter-in-laws shower.

I'm sorry I couldn't
be with you
But I'm terribly busy
you see
Painting my eyes, my
cheeks, my hair
So mother will be
proud of me.

I'm sending this
this little message
To convey to you
this thought
The stork will soon
have left me
To use the gift you
brought.

I thank you for the
lovely welcome
Which you have given
today
When you see the
stork fly by
You'll know I've come
to stay.

Be sure and come to
see us
As soon as I get
here
Just give my mother
time
To dress me up,
my dear.

And so I thank you
from my heart
For each lovely gift
for me
For when I'm left
with mother
I'll not be dressed
you see.

I rolled them in a scroll fashion and put a plastic baby bracelet tied to a ribbon.

[> Re: Thank-you from unborn baby--great for showers -- Susan, 23:54:41 06/15/03 Sun [1]

Here's one I used at a babyshower for my Niece.... It sat on the table in a frame by the food, and of course everyone went to the food sometime during the night! and so they read it! They loved it... I had another poem we put on candles that we gave out for a shower gift to everyone!

I'm really glad that you could come
to help surprise my mother.
Sit down, relax, enjoy yourself
and chat with one another.

Sorry I can't be with you
to share in Mommy's shower,
But you see I'm very busy
growing more and more each hour.

Though I'm not here to thank you
for the special gift you brought,
Mommy and I are grateful
and appreciate the thought.

I'll be arriving shortly,
I'll be as happy as can be.
So after I've been home awhile,
please come and visit me!
*******Love,
********Baby

Candle poem....

This is a gift for you today,
so when I am born
you'll light my way.
And when that happy
day is here,
Burn this candle
and spread good cheer!

And of course I did not write these... I found them somewhere on the internet one day... remember I am poeticly challeged!

POEM: BABY BLANKET MADE FROM GRANDMOTHER'S CLOTHES

Date Posted: 12:34:13 02/23/04 Mon
Author: Barb
Subject: Another different kind of poem needed for baby blanket

Can anyone help with a poem to go along with a baby blanket that's being made from pieces of clothing used from a passing grandmothers sweatshirts? My friends mother-in-law recently passed away unexpectedly. Since the family is very close, and there's still grandchildren that will be having babies in the future, I asked my friend for some articles of clothing that I could use to make baby rag-blankets for future great-grandbabies to be wrapped in. Although she'd never be able to hold them in her arms, they'd still be able to be warmed in something that used to keep her warm. The woman that passed was very special to many people.

[> Re: Another different kind of poem needed for baby blanket -- Caboobie, 13:08:13 02/23/04 Mon [1]

Although you'll never see me
I always will be near
As you lay here in this blanket
I'll keep you warm my dear
I'll always walk beside you
And shadow you with love
Until the day we meet face to face
In God's garden up above
(C) 0204 Yvonne Lowther

A grandmothers love is special
Of that we all agree
So we've wrapped you in a blanket
Made from Grandma's clothes you see
For though she can not be here
She'll be watching from above
And smiling at her grandchild
Wrapped up in Grandma's love

You're welcome. I think this is a lovely idea. My two boys were 19 and 10 when my mum died. They were her life and they still talk about her as if she were in the room (4 years later). Glad I could help.

What a wonderful talent you all have (our poem makers). Read the poem for the blanket that was made from a Grandmother's clothing. Very beautiful.I am going to sell baby blankets that I have crochet around for Christmas and thought a poem would be a nice touch.
Thanks in advance.

Give me a kiss and I'll give you one back

[> Re: Teddy bear Poem -- jacksmum, 20:42:57 02/23/04 Mon [1]

Actually my mind went blank on this so instead of a poem I've written a letter from the Teddy Bear. Hope it helps.
Sue

Dear (name)
Welcome to the world
Let me introduce myself:
I am your teddy bear

While you are a baby you will suck my fur, rip my ears and toss me across the room and still I’ll love you.

During childhood you will whisper your secrets knowing I will keep them safe, together we will have tea parties and go on adventures and you know I’ll be your best friend.

When you reach the teenage years I’ll sit on your bed and sometimes you’ll cuddle me so tight we’ll both feel better, I’ll still be your confident but I will understand if you don’t want to be seen with me in public. You might outgrow your other toys but I hope you’ll always have room in your life for me.

One day many years from now you’ll be an adult and we will find ourselves in many new places and you will meet people who mean more to you than I do and one day you might decide to pack me away somewhere safe. I will be reflecting on how much you have grown and all the memories we have shared and I will still love you while we have a rest from each other.

Eventually you might come across me after you have children of your own. Maybe a little girl who has your eyes or a boy with a cheeky smile and you’ll hand me over from one generation to the next and although I’m looking a bit tattered and torn I’m still stuffed with love and ready for new adventures and I will love your child as much as I love you.

Yours Forever,
Teddy.

TEDDY BEAR

What every brand new baby needs,
Is a brand new Teddy Bear.
One that's soft and cuddly,
And can travel everywhere!
There will be times as you grow up,
When you will feel sad or blue.
And on those days this Teddy Bear,
Is sure to comfort you.
A bond that lasts a lifetime~
That's what kids and teddies share.
"Cause no matter what else happens,
Your Teddy's always there!
So treat your teddy kindly,
Hug him lots and love him, too.
Remember that he's special,
And priceless...just like YOU!
©carol gabrielsen

Snuggle Buddy ?

When you need a friend
on me you can depend.
Whenever you're sad
I'll try to make you glad.
When a hurt causes a tear
I'll bring you some cheer,
and whenever you're lonely
there by your side I'll be.
And if you can't sleep at night
just hold me really, really tight...
I'll chase the bed bugs away
and tomorrow again we'll play!
So there is no need to struggle
whenever you need a snuggle.
Through work, play, sleep or study
I'll be your snuggle buddy!

Subject: Journal sayings

A few years ago for christmas, my sister gave me a journal with lables at the tops of the pages that gave you something to write about for that day.
I am doing a journal for my sister-in-law's baby shower (she is on bed-rest) and I would like to do a theme journal with ideas for her to write about pertaining to the baby.
If anyone has any ideas. Please help.

POEM: BABY BLESSINGS SOCKS

Date Posted: 07:17:56 08/05/02 Mon
Author: kacee
Subject: New here and poem request!!!

Howdy,

I need a poem and think this is the place!!! I crochet baby socks for new babies at our church. The socks are white with a pearl thread. (very cute and impress with my limited crochet ability!!!) Anyway, I need a poem to go with the sock to be given for the baby blessing or for later use.

Thanks for your listening ears and I hope your brains are kicking into high gear. I need help here.

Happy Day!!!

[> Re: New here and poem request!!! -- ShirleyT, 20:47:43 08/05/02 Mon [1]

Hi Kacee and welcome!

Here's a poem that I wrote... that could be used with or without the last verse... I just thought the socks would make a nice keepsake. Shirley

God made you

Now we thank Him

So wear these socks
to be perfectly dressed,
from sweet head to toe
as by God you’re blessed.

And please save them
after your dressing,
to remind you always
of God’s blessing.

I love the poem and have printed it out. You are so talented to be able to do this. Thanks for sharing. Each version will find a great family and sock to go to!!!

We have 14 babies coming this year to our church. (I guess it was a 9/11 thing????) Needless to say the socks were a switch from my usual gift of a crochet blanket. I could not possibly keep up with the blankets.

The poems are a perfect touch.

My appreciation again.

Happy Day!!!

From -- Marina:

May God always be with you,
his love keep you warm.
What a gift we were given,
The day you were born.
With a blessing for one,
so young and so sweet,
Some pearly white socks,
to fit on your feet. Marina

From -- kacee:

I must thank Marina and BabsNY for the poems. They are perfect and right along the lines that I am looking for.

So is anyone up to another challenge???

A friend of mine is having quintuplets. Yes, all at the same time. She is doing well in her pregnancy. The babies are expected when they come.

So, I have completed both the pink and blue socks as well as blessing socks for the little ones. There are 2 girls and 3 boys.
A blessing poem for all five of these little ones would be great.

(Am I asking too much?????

Happy Day!!!

From -- Carol:

This doesn't really go with your "Blessings Socks" but I thought I'd send it anyway in case you have a use for it! Best Wishes to your friend!!!

Five times the diapers,
Five times the toys,
Five times the blessings,
Five times the joys!

A set of quintuplets,
Is five times the love.
They're God's precious gifts,
From Heaven above.

(C)Carol Gabrielsen

Hugs,

Carol

From -- Marina, 18:58:01 08/05/02 Mon [1]

Hi Kacee, Wow, how wonderful for your friend, I hope all goes well for her, here is a poem I wrote for them,

God was looking for a special home,
To send some extra joy,
A boy, a girl, a boy, a girl
and yes another boy!

He knew the place he sent them,
would have to be quite rare,
A place where mum and dad had
lots and lots of love to spare.

So welcome to your gifts from God,
His blessings to them all,
May he always keep them safe,
Especially while they're small.

May he guide them safely through their life,
Such joys for you to share,
And aren't you lucky he chose you,
To have them in your care.

POEM: BABY SCRAPBOOK

Date Posted: 07:57:44 09/07/02 Sat
Author: Melissa
Subject: Need Poem for Baby Scrapbook

I'm looking for a poem for my daughters scrapbook. My daughter is named after my Grandma who passed away when she was only 6 weeks old. My Grandma's name is Martha Faye and my daughters name is Madison Faye. I'd really like a poem to say something about the the name. Does this make sense? I want my daughter to understand when she gets older what an honor it is to have been named after a wonderful woman. Thank you, Melissa

Melissa, have had a try at a poem for you, hope this is sort of what you were after,

There was a very special lady,
Whom you will never know,
But if you'd had more time with her,
You would have loved her so.
Her name was Martha Faye,
Your Great Grandma she would have been,
We're sure if she was with us still,
You'd make a terrific team.
She was a joy to be with,
Someone we wish you'd known,
She'd have loved to sit with you,
and see how much you've grown.
We want you to remember her
Each and every single day,
She's the reason we named you,
Our precious Madison Faye. Marina

Marina, even though this was not my request for a poem, it was very touching. Thank you. Even DH was impressed.

Bless you, what a beautiful poem. I have to admit, you made me cry. You got it perfectly what I wanted to say. You have such a talent, thank you so much for this. I'm sure this will someday help her understand. {{HUGS}} Melissa

Thank you all for you messages, and Melissa I am so glad you like it, I must admit it tugged at my heartstrings when I wrote it, as my son never knew any of my grandparents, and I wish he could have, luckily he has two wonderful sets of grandparents of his own, and two great grandmas on my husbands side, one who is 90 this week. Keep talking to your daughter about how special your grandma was, she will understand one day I am sure. Marina

POEM: BABY & DAISY CANDLES/SNUGGLE BUDDY

Thank you for telling me what a burden bear is. Now I have a new question, Please tell me about the candles in Valerie's note. Sorry to be such a pest. Maybe soon I will be able to help someone. Thanks to all you talented ladies.

Donna, I can't keep up with Valerie. She does a little of everything so it's hard to tell what she is crafting! LOL So I'll just bump this so she'll see it!

And you're never a pest. We love questions!

LOL..here I am...Been crafting and doing shows...got home last night at 11PM..got lost on the back roads...lol

The baby candle and daisy poem were written by Carol Gabrielsen...so please honor her copyright...:0)
MY FRIEND

When I gaze upon a daisy
I always think of you
Love and simple beauty
With everything you do
The daisy is not flashy
It has no need to be
It is beautiful without trying
Just as you are to me!
Yes, I love to look at daisies
And think of all you do
Friend, you are special
Thanks for being you!

TEDDY BEAR

What every brand new baby needs,
Is a brand new Teddy Bear.
One that's soft and cuddly,
And can travel everywhere!
There will be times as you grow up,
When you will feel sad or blue.
And on those days this Teddy Bear,
Is sure to comfort you.
A bond that lasts a lifetime~
That's what kids and teddies share.
"Cause no matter what else happens,
Your Teddy's always there!
So treat your teddy kindly,
Hug him lots and love him, too.
Remember that he's special,
And priceless...just like YOU!
©carol gabrielsen

I had asked Carol to write the teddy bear poem for my 2 new grand children..born 3 weeks apart...
I purchased tall candles in glass "jars"...they had a plastic cover on them..perfect...I glued a fiberfill(cloud) on top, added a little fuzzy teddy bear...so it looked like a tb sitting on a cloud...the poem was printed on cloud paper...lol...I rolled the paper and wrapped it around the glass and tied it with blue and white ribbon and pink and white ribbon respectively...(boy and girl)
For the My Friend...same thing...but glued a silk daisy on top...printed poem on daisy paper...
I have sold a few (live in central NY..near Oneonta)..only thing I had to do was switch the poems...customers wanted the My Friend poem with the Teddy bear candle...lol...so now I print extras...
Please give Carol all the credit for the poems...she and Shirley are so gifted...
AND SHIRLEY...your snuggle buddy poem has sold well with my little stuffed animals...my bears look like cats so I attached your poem..lol...

Snuggle Buddy ?

When you need a friend
on me you can depend.
Whenever you're sad
I'll try to make you glad.
When a hurt causes a tear
I'll bring you some cheer,
and whenever you're lonely
there by your side I'll be.
And if you can't sleep at night
just hold me really, really tight...
I'll chase the bed bugs away
and tomorrow again we'll play!
So there is no need to struggle
whenever you need a snuggle.
Through work, play, sleep or study
I'll be your snuggle buddy!

So please give Shirley credit for this one...
AND thanks again for sharing your talents..Carol and Shirley
happy crafting..

POEM: BABY GIRL HOMECOMING OUTFIT GIVEN BY GREAT GRANDMA

Author: tadpole'sgrannie
Subject: Heirloom gift from Great Grandma poem needed

Hi, my mom is giving my daughter a new outfit for her baby girl to wear home from the hospital when she's born. Does anything come to your mind as a simple verse about a Great Grandma giving a new baby her going home outfit? The outfit is white and says "Little Princess" on it. She also made a recieving blanket with pink roses on it. The baby is the 4th generation first born girl. My mom is called "Grams", my daughter's name is Jenelle, I'm called Grannie, and the baby's name is a surprise... Thank you!

Hello there little princess
Please let me if I may
Give this little outfit
For your homecoming day
I am your mommy's grandma
So you can call me Grams
Welcome to our family
You precious little lamb!

POEMS: HEIRLOOM BABY BLANKET

Poem request for Baby Blanket also -- Pauline, 13:06:15 02/23/04 Mon [1]

I attended a baby shower when the mom to be was presented with a blanket that was made by her great grandmother, attached was a letter that was written to her daughter (original recipient) with a handmade blanket that the maker had requested to be passed along the generations to the daughters in the family having babies. Any ideas for a poem that could be used for a son or daughter having children that could pass along a blanket made by a grandmother? Thanks for your help AGAIN!!!!

[> Re: Another baby blanket poem request -- jenjoy, 22:00:18 03/04/04 Thu [1]

As you look inside this box
There’s a gift that’s meant to be
A tradition that will end up
Carved into our family tree
This hand made quilt of love
Is a memory to pass
Along to each new baby
Whether lad or lass
So if you’re the one that holds it
Just remember that one day
You’ll have to bid it farewell
As you pass it on it’s way
Unto the very next
Babe to join our family tree
A gift of generations
And full of memories!
Jennifer Byerly

Or here's something a little different:
Inside this little package
A handmade quilt so dear
To follow family milestones
And mark its path in years
The intent is that each owner
Be a member on our tree
Of all the generations
That were and are to be
So let’s keep up tradition
And not let it be erased
Allow this special quilt to
Let our family line be traced
Jennifer Byerly

Or here's a combination of the two above poems:
As you look inside this package
There’s a gift that’s meant to be
A tradition that will end up
Carved into our family tree
For inside this little package
Is a handmade quilt so dear
Which will follow family milestones
And mark a path in years
The intent is that each owner
Be a member on our tree
Of all the generations
That were and are to be
So if you’re the one that holds it
Just remember that one day
You’ll have to bid it farewell
As you pass it on it’s way
So let’s keep up tradition
And not let it be erased
Allow this special quilt to
Let our family line be traced

POEMS: BABY BLANKETS

Date Posted: 03:19:38 02/21/04 Sat
Author: Amanda W. Finger
Subject: Poem For Baby Blanket

I am giving a baby shower Feb. 28 and have decided to have a baby blanket for everyone to sign as a keepsake for the mother-to-be. I like to write a poem in the middle of the blanket. I did find a couple of baby blanket poems on the message board here but it wasn't what I am really hoping to find because I would like to have the blanket framed as a keepsake for the mother-to-be to hang on the wall in the nursey, if she wants. So, the blanket won't be used to keep the baby warm, etc.... instead I would like for the poem to be about how the names on the blanket are people who care so much, etc......? Any ideas?

You wrote a lovely poem and I am so grateful but I was wondering if you could write one without mentioning the framing of the blanket incase that isn't something that she wants done? Just wondering and hope that I haven't upset you by asking for something else. Thanks for everything!

[> Re: Poem For Baby Blanket -- Caboobie, 06:11:46 02/21/04 Sat [1]

This little baby blanket
Is a token of the love
Of all the special people
You think the whole world of
They've taken a pen and signed it
To show how much they care
And each time that you look at it
Their memory will be there
So take this little blanket
And hang it in a frame
To bring you smiles each time you look
And see each special name

Yvonne, could you make me one about(Baby Blankies)Jordan is 5 but LOVES his to blankies. He has had them since birth. They are 2 crib blankets that we named (baby Blankies and thats what he calls them)Some children have Teddy Bears, but it has always been his Blankies for him.SOME DAY I want to put them away, but would love to put a poem with them for when he gets older. Thanks so much Diane

[> Re: Poem For Baby Blanket -- Caboobie, 02:55:21 02/25/04 Wed [1]

Of course you haven't upset me (although us poets can be so sensitive lol) I've re-written the last part and also added another. Hope it helps.

This little baby blanket
Is a token of the love
Of all the special people
You think the whole world of
They've taken a pen and signed it
To show how much they care
And each time that you look at it
Their memory will be there
It's just a little blanket
But as the years go by you'll find
That memories of this special day
Will pop into your mind
(c) 0204 Yvonne Lowther

We took a pen
And scribed our name
On a blanket just for you
To let you know
How happy we are
That one will soon be two
Our special thoughts
Flowed from the ink
As each word was wrote with love
Then we wrapped it up
And gave it to
Someone we think the whole world of
(c) 0204 Yvonne Lowther

[> Re: Poem For Baby Blanket -- Caboobie, 06:58:08 02/21/04 Sat [1]

Here you are Diane, hope it helps.

Jordan, when you find these blankies
All wrapped up nice and neat
Just take them out and hold them
And they'll bring back memories sweet
For these blankies were your comforters
When you were oh so small
They were your favourite item
Until you grew too tall
Then we wrapped them up and stored them
Just in case you see
They would become useful again
As a comforter maybe
For one day in the future
You might take them from their store
To pass onto your little one
When the circle begins once more

Subject: Help, I need a poem for a baby blanket

Help !!!!!!!! This is my first time at writing. I have a craft where I type these words on the computer and print them out on iron-on paper.."Roses are red, Violets are blue, With each diaper change I'll be thinking of you". This is then ironed onto a cloth diaper. I also sew on little buttons that have baby themes. They make great baby shower gifts. Everyone signs the diaper with a permanent marker and it is a keepsake for the baby. I want to do the same with a receiving blanket but I'm having a hard time thinking of a poem that says something about the baby being wrapped in love. I also want to do it with a cloth napkin for a wedding shower. These can be framed. I also thought about doing one on a regular blanket for someone who is going to have an extended stay in the hospital. Something about using the blanket when you feel alone and know that you are covered with the love of the doctors, nurses and loved ones. Can anyone help me with some poems? I am definately poem challenged.
