Subject: Ideas for firemen& police gifts

Our Women on Mission group is planning a mission for our local firemen and police to let them know how much they are appreciated. Need Ideas. Thought of making big paper hearts and filling them with something but then my mine goes blank. Would also love a poem to let them know just how much we care. Thanks and God Bless.

You protect us and serve
All the while you're brave
With dedication and nerve
In times that are grave
We're really quite proud
Of our men in blue
We'll say it outloud
THANKS FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!

how about the sentiment jars with sayings

i also have a plastic canvas firetruck that can be made into an ornament. i made this along with the fireman's key and gave to guy i work with that is volunteer firefighter and he framed it up and really is a conversation piece he says at his home.

Was at the local dollar store today and they had tokens for voulnteers , teachers, police, and firemen there they didn't happen to have any police or firemen ones so I'm not sure what they look like but they are out there somewhere.
