Subject: Can someone help me please?

I'm desperate and I know one of you out there must know where to find what I'm unable to locate!

Some time ago there was a thread suggesting gifts for a new homeowner. One post was about giving a loaf of bread, and a box of salt, and the poem said "Bread, that you may never go hungry; salt, that life always has flavor" and I can't remember the rest. I remember that I first heard this on the movie It's a Wonderful Life, and I also remember writing my own version to post here, but for the life of me I can't find it. I checked the archives boards, too.

Does anyone remember this or know where I can find it?
Thanks for any help!

Bread - So you never go hungry.
Chocolate - So your life is always sweet.
Salt - So there is always spice in your life.
Candle - So you always have light.
Broom - to sweep the evil out of the house
Honey - representing the sweetness of life
Olive Oil - to ensure good health
A Plant - to ensure life
