Subject: Request for a Poem, please.

Ladies,
I want to make a couple of those 'Pen Flower Pots' for a couple of my older neighbors for Mother's Day. If any of you have time to write a poem/tag phrase to go with the pots...just something generic...I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks for sharing your time and talent, Annie

I am assuming that you're decorating writing pens to look like flowers and putting them in a pot.....if not, this will be pretty ridiculous! : ) I'll check back tomorrow to see if you needed something different! ~Kelli~

Happy Mother's Day to you!
And look at what I've brought...
Just a little something
That looks like a flower pot!
But pick a bloom and you will smell
That they're not floral scented,
Nor will they need much water.
They'll just sit here, quite contented.
However, should you need to
Write a note or make a list,
You'd be hard-pressed to find
More lovely writing pens than this!

LOL!!! It's late, and my mind evidently is going to sleep. But, you were able to interpret my request quite accurately! And, this is a perfectly lovely poem!

I can't believe how quickly all of you are able to bring words to life, but I really admire you for it!

Thanks so much,
Annie

Glad to hear I'm not a complete MORON! : ) I was really hoping I was interpreting your project correctly. Glad you like the poem. It is always a pleasure! : )
