Subject: CELEBRATION FOR LIFE

I have not been on for a few months as my mom has been termially ill and she passed on Saturday...I have been asked to do some photo collages(sp)...and I know how to do this and an very good at scrapbooking and card making but maybe it is because I want it to be just perfect for mom and it is so difficult during this time but do any of you have ideas of what I could put on it besides pictures;ie. titles, verses; if any of you are willing to share these things I am so graciously opened to words, decorating; please help me as I am lost right now...(((((HUGS)))))

So sorry to hear about you Mom (HUGS)
Hopefully this will help you get started.
We used this as a poem at my mother and mother-in-laws funeral.
Maybe you could use it with your pictures.

Rhonda, I am so sorry about the loss of your mom. No matter how old we get, or what we have accomplished, when we lose our mother, we are all grieving children, and the pain and emptiness is unbelievable. May the love of family, friends, and the wonderful memories you have help sustain you through these dark and painful days.

Connie, Thank you so much for sharing the Dash Poem. It is very moving and meaningful, and gives us all something to think about. Although you provided it as an answer to Rhonda's request, I intend to put it with my things so that I will have it handy, if and when I am in the same situation with a loved one, or even to have it used for myself someday. Thanks again.
