Subject: Mothers birthday in heaven

My mother passed away January of 2006. I am the oldest of 5 children. My mother got married when she was 16 and had 5 children by 21.
Anyway...her birthday is June 30th. she would have been 69.
I would like to tell her happy birthday. red birds always meant something special to her....and they are special to me. Now when I see a red bird I think of her and they make me feel as though she is near. Can someone help me with a poem about red birds and a happy birthday to my mom in heaven.

Mom,
Birthday wishes are being sent with love
Up to you in heaven above
As I see a red bird take to flight
My memories of you remain clear and bright
With a happy feeling that you are near
I hold you close to my heart; tender and dear
