Subject: OT: Search for Cinco De Mayo recipes

Just had an email from my sister and someone at work wants to have a Cinco De Mayo luncheon on Wednesday. She doesn't know what to make . . . any ideas? She said someone is already bringing some dips. I have no idea whatsoever. Thanks.

You're in luck, Sharlet! I just saw this question posted on Taste of Home forums the other day and it has a lot of Cinco de Mayo recipes. I sent the link to myself so I could look at it more thoroughly later. Looks like some good recipes from what I've looked at so far.
