Subject: anniversary gift help
My siblings and I are getting my parents a gift certificate to a resort/spa, for a one night stay and a wonderful brunch for their 55th wedding anniv. I would love any and all ideas for presenting this to them. I do not just want to put it in an envelope. I would like to make it somewhat of a challenge for them. Does anyone have any ideas how to make this fun for them to open or whatever. Also any cute poems might be fun also. The name of the place is Peek-n-Peak. Thanks.....

oh my goodness.......that is alot of years!!!
i would wrap up 55 small gifts and put them in a basket or box with the gift certificate taped to the bottom, so it would be the last one opened.......the gifts would not have to be expensive........some funny things, and maybe all of your siblings could do some......now i can not help with the poem, but there are many here who will be able to help you out....
another idea that i used for my anniversary was to list 40 reasons i loved him...now i just add to the card each year.

Maybe somewhere have pictures of places they have lived ~photos of friends, pets, cars, trucks, etc. from the past! Photos of their childhood might be fun!
