I posted for help on decorative canning jar lids and rings
for my smelly jelly jars and I forgot to specify the lids need to have the little holes on top. Thanks for all your help. I really need more help.

Hi Christine,
Have you ever considered making the smelly jellies in the mason jar salt and pepper shakers? I always use them for mine. They are available at most dollar stores for about 50 cents each.

Just a hint, I always put a piece of plastic wrap over the jar before attaching the lid, then I cover the tops with a circle of fabric gathered on a rubber band. This stops any possiblity of spillage and doesn't show
at all.
