Subject: need butterfly tag please

I am hoping that one of you talented ladies can help me out. My brother and SIL just found out that they are losing their baby. She is about 2 mths along and the ultrasound showed little heart activity. We are all heartbroken.
I have experienced loss too, so I was going through some of my grief things and came across this poem. I don't know who wrote it. I bought a stained glass butterfly to send them and I hope someone can make me a tag with the poem on it to send them too.

"This is for all the caterpillars
that never became butterflies.

All the butterflies
that never caught the
wind in their wings.

And all the hearts
that had hopes and dreams
of a wonderous flight together."

Thank you so much for any help! It will be truly appreciated.
