here is one I have, not sure where I got it or who wrote it.

Take 2 as required and pray for the weekend.
Sometimes kids are very loud
and they make you want to cry
You question why you're a teacher
and ask yourself "OH WHY??"
So on days when nerves frazzle
and your head starts to spin,
Take these little pills, preferably with gin.

I was at the pcCrafter board tonight and saw a picture of how someone packaged them. There didn't appear to be a poem - just dosage explanation using M&M colors. She made a little box decorated with school graphics & the words "Teacher Tranquilizers" are on the front with what looks like a cellophane window so the M&M's show through. Back (?) of box gives:

Recommended Dosage:
Inspiration: 1 Green
Wisdom: 1 Red
Grading: 1 Blue
Creativity: 1 Brown
Recess: 2 Orange
Patience: 2 Yellow
Fire Drill: 1 Each Color
Parent Meeting: Down the whole box!

Somebody else used a label and rolled it around mini tubes of M&M's. They also said they stapled the fun-size M&M bags in candy tents and made over-sized matchbook covers. You know what (slapping my head because I just thought of it), I'll just post the message link because pictures are worth a thousand words!

They also had a great link listed (I added it to the links announcement on the School & Kids Craft Board) - someone had posted Teacher Vitamins from the link (similar to PMS/Menopause idea) -

Teacher Vitamins:

To temporarily calm your craving for chocolate, eat the BROWN one.

At first sign of "Meeting overload" eat the RED one.

The ORANGE one minimizes "Mental Block" during long-range planning.

The GREEN one calms your frustrations while arranging furniture.

If you feel a headache coming while doing your lesson plans, eat the YELLOW one.

The BLUE one reduces Bulletin Board fatigue.

Directions: take as needed. If all symptoms occur at the same time, eat the whole bag.
WARNING: May cause weight gain!

You use M&M'S for the tranquilizers. Each color represents a symptom.

Lost lesson plan-eat 1 blue tablet
Gave wrong homework assignment-eat 1 red tablet
Field day-eat 1 brown tablet and 2 orange
Parent teacher conference-eat 3 yellow tablets
Students noisy-eat 2 green and 1 blue tablet
No school supplies-eat half the bag
Under total stress-eat entire bag and take nap

I just made these up but it gives you an idea. Hugs, katieangelamber Ps. You put the M&M'S in a baggie with a topper. A topper is a label or tag for the candy.
