Subject: Poem for Traveler's Survival Kit

Hi,
I have been so busy trying to get things made up for a market space I finally got into after a year on the waiting list. I am making survival kits in quart cans and I really need you girls' help with a poem or traveler's survival kit, please. I did find a traveler's survival kit in the archives, but would like some more ideas.I am putting items like disposable razors, deoderant samples, toothpaste and toothbrush, wipes. I use those little samples found at the Dollar Stores.

Can you all come up with some more things I could add and a poem for a traveler's survival kit? And sayings to go with the items? (Boy, I don't ask for much do I LOL!) It would be so greatly appreciated.

Marie

Traveling is so interesting
You see so many sights
But what happens when you need a bath
Or refreshing every night
Have you thought to pack deodorant
Soap, toothpaste and brush
Or did you forget to pack these things
As you were in a rush
Well here's a little present
I put together in a trice
A little Travelers survival kit
To keep you clean and nice

Oh Caboobie,
This is great! Wish I had the gift of words. Thank you. Any other suggestions on what to add to the can?

You could check your local WalMart (or even dollar stores) for $1 cameras. My WalMart had them a couple of weeks ago. They're 35 mm and not disposable. Also, I would add a snack size pkg. of trail mix or some kind of snack that has a long shelf-life.

You love to travel far and wide
And I admire your devotion,
But it's easy to forget some things
In the packing-up commotion.
So here's a little kit I found
To ensure your travel bliss.
It has a lot of little things;
The list goes something like this:
A razor and some handy wipes,
A toothbrush and some paste
(Just in case you missed them
In all your packing haste),
Deodorant to help you stay
All fresh and smelling sweet,
And even just a little snack
In case you need to eat.
And as a little bonus,
A camera for some shots
Of the places you will visit.
I hope you'll like it lots!
