Snowman Soup

• Put about eight miniature marshmallows in aluminum foil and wrap into a square like a little gift package.  Cut out Freeze Dried Snowball label here and place on top of the marshmallow package.  Tie a piece of curly ribbon around it and curl ends.
• Make Snowman Soup (recipe here) and put enough for a single serving in a Ziploc bag or a buy a box of instant hot chocolate packets.
• Put the marshmallows, a hot chocolate packet or Ziploc of homemade, a couple of Hershey kisses and a candy cane in a mug or holiday Styrofoam cup.
• Place the filled mug in center of cellophane or white tulle netting and pull sides up over mug.  Tie off at top with curly ribbon.

• Tie on poem with ribbon and add a bow.
• Optional:  If desired you can also include the printed Snowman Soup recipe from above.

When it's so cold that
you holler and whoop,
It's time to bring out
the Snowman Soup!

Pour the packet in a mug.
Add the snowballs too.
And throw in the kisses
from the snowman to you.

Now add some hot water
and use the cane to stir it.
Sip slowly and soon you'll
feel the warm winter spirit!

Snowman Soup Recipe

3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk
2 cups instant NesQuik
3/4 cup non dairy creamer
1 large (6 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and store in air tight containers.  To enjoy, add 3 T to a cup of boiling hot water.  (Use more or less mix depending upon size of mug and your taste buds).
