Gently open a rectangular tissue box along the seams & use as a pattern to make a fabric cover.
Sew a matching fabric "sausage" shape, long enough to form arms & back of lounge. Glue to lounge.
Decorate with trim and ribbons.
Glue a teddy bear to one corner.
