Forget Me Not Seed Packets

A search shows that forget-me-not flowers can grow anywhere in North America and the seeds can be collected and sowed in the spring or fall.  Given that info and their cute name, forget-me-not seeds make a perfect little gift.  However, the below seed packet can be used with any seeds from your garden.  After all, any seed that grows into a pretty flower can be considered a little forget-me-not.  Just print the packet 2-up here, fold and glue edges, fill in the blanks with the flower name and instructions, and fill with flower seeds.
