Doily Cut-Out Shirt

My mom bought this cute sweatshirt at a craft show. The scenic doily is sewn onto the sweatshirt. Then turn the sweatshirt wrong side out and trim away the fabric under the doily. It is so versatile because you can wear it with a different color top for a whole new look! You could also do this on a T-shirt and wear a tank top under it for the summer.
