For a Chocolate Sayings Jar add a few mini wrapped chocolates in the jar with cut apart chocolate saying strips.  Laminate label to jar and decorate lid.

1. A balanced diet consists of items from the five major food groups: dairy, grains, meats, fruits/vegetables, and chocolate.
